Today in class we learned a little about laws and regulations about copyright laws for podcasting. To be honest I don't know what its completely about because it was so long it made me tired just looking at it, but what it was basically about was about all the rules there are about making your own podcast. You need to be very careful when your making a podcast so that you don't break those rules because if you make the smallest mistake on your podcast and someone finds out, you can get sued so be careful! Also if you break one little rule and Mr.Case finds out, your going to have to do your podcast all over again!!
This article is about all the rules that need to be followed in order for you to not get sued. If you want to take images, songs, interviews, and pretty much anything, you have to be hundred percent sure that its not copyrighted or else the person can sue you. If you do happen to come across something you want and its copyrighted then you need to contact that person and ask for permission, and that requires a lot of work, so I think its better to just not use anything off the Internet. try making it yourself, it'll be original and that way, no one can sue you!
That's it for now.
See you.
Peggy.
