Excel is a great program to use if your lazy or you just like saving time. For example you want to make a calendar to keep track of everything you do in one month or week or year or anything you want. Its very easy, with excel. You open excel and in the first cell write the days of the week or month/year/season or anything else you want to do. Then under each of them put a date so its easier. make your calendar how ever way you want it. But remember if your going to print your calendar, always check the size before you do. Go to Print Preview and look at the size of the sheet, because it might be more than a page. If you want it to be just one page, once your done with print preview, there will be a line on your calendar showing you where the page is going to end, and that's where you need to keep your page so it doesn't become two pages.
You can also do many other things will excel, these are just basics of it.
